With the advances in hearing technology, we are now able to offer Remote Fittings & Adjustments of your hearing aids using the Telhealth program. Telehealth is the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access health care services remotely and manage your health care. These may be technologies you use from home or that your doctor uses to improve or support health care services.
As hearing specialist at Better Hearing Aid Center we are now able to reach out to our patients, reduce obstacles, make needed programming changes to patient’s hearing aids, improve satisfaction all while avoiding travel and transportation time and cost. In addition, Telehealth has given an opportunity for the significant other or a caregiver to be more involved in the patient’s hearing care.
